I. General Overview of the Construction Project

Project Name: Phase II of the Photothermal Heat Transfer Fluid New Materials Production Project of She County Jindong Economic and Trade Co., Ltd.

Project Site: Within the existing premises of Hebei Jindong Thermal Media New Materials Co., Ltd., located in the northwestern part of the Tian Tie Industrial Zone, Ji–Jin (Shexian–Tian Tie) Circular Economy Industrial Demonstration Zone.

Project Type: Expansion

Main construction contents and scale: The project will primarily construct one DB‑70 workshop, equipped with six red‑base DB‑70 production lines. Upon completion, the facility will have an annual output of 3,000 tons of red‑base DB‑70 (also known as p‑aminobenzoylamine).

Existing Facilities: Hebei Jindong Thermal Media New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2021 and, in 2025, took over the assets of the Zhongxi Plant of Hebei Jindong Technology Group Co., Ltd. At its inception, Hebei Jindong Technology Group Co., Ltd. was known as “Shexian Jindong Economic and Trade Limited Liability Company.” The company’s existing facilities comprise nine 5,000 t/a triphenyl production lines, six 5,000 t/a hydrogenated triphenyl production lines, one 1,000 t/a tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane production line, and two 3,333 t/a biphenyl‑biphenyl ether production lines. For each pollution source, appropriate pollutant control measures have been installed, ensuring that all emissions comply with regulatory standards.
