产品描述

Product Description

Diisopropylbiphenyl (DIPB) is a high-purity, single synthetic aromatic hydrocarbon compound. It possesses high thermal stability, excellent fluidity and heat transfer performance, and a unique ability to prevent the formation of solid particles and coke, all necessary for high-temperature applications (Max. 350°C) in synthetic heat transfer oils. It meets the low-pressure safety operation requirements of liquid-phase heating systems.

Main Characteristics

Fluidity

Pour point of -38°, allowing normal startup in low-temperature environments and suitability for most cold regions

Non-corrosive

The absence of foreign substances in the production process and the high purity of the raw material benzene ensure low sulfur and low chlorine content, resulting in non-corrosiveness.

Thermal Stability

Good high-temperature performance, allowing for long-term reliable and stable operation below 330°C.

Main Applications

Diisopropylbiphenyl is mainly used in synthetic heat transfer oils, dyes, coatings, microcapsules for carbonless copy paper, capacitor insulating oils, and other fields.
